It can seem quite daunting at first and you might not know what to expect. That’s okay.  You can feel comfortable asking questions.  I’ll explain throughout the process.  I don’t assume any knowledge on your part.

1. FREE Phone Consultation

At this stage you might be unsure if hypnotherapy is for you.

In the initial consultation you can talk about the issues that have prompted you to reach out.

2. Initial Session

The initial session lasts 1 .5 to 2 hours, depending on a number of factors.  We talk in depth about the issues that brought you here. We set expectations, discuss how we will proceed and begin the process of making your life better.

Hypnotherapy works by directing the imagination in a way that helps elicit changes in some perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts and behaviours.  This is done when in a relaxed and focused state (hypnosis).

3. Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing sessions depend on the issue, some issues need more sessions than others.

Hypnotherapy  is known to be helpful for those seeking relief from a range of problems and is used alongside a person’s own willpower and motivation to seek a desired goal. It is often used to help relieve anxiety, aid sleeping, help to address bedwetting, address attitudes to weight, and help clients to stop smoking. It can also help with confidence issues, and may also be used to enhance performance in areas such as sport and public speaking.
